A lighter Sangiovese with mineral notes, without added sulfur. Spontaneous fermentation in open tanks with 9-day carbonic maceration on the skins. Aging in an old chestnut cask of 60 years. On the nose smells of earth and red cherries. On the palate delicious red cherries and strawberries, high acidity but well integrated, leather and smoky flavors. Medium bold aftertaste. Beautiful wine.
