A periodic release of Union Sacre done in years where conditions promote extended skin aging to produce an orange wine with extraordinary depth and structure. The wine gets its name from the seasonal gardens of Versaille where fruiting orange trees are rotating into the springtime and summer sun. These wines are made to be unique and challenging, but without losing our focus on delivering pleasure.
