Union Sacré Pinot Blanc, crisp like line dried cotton sheets
TASTING NOTES Dry. Pear, peach, raw almond, lemon zest, and crushed gravel.
ON PRODUCTION Skin contact over night and pressed the next day. Unfiltered.
ON THE NAME Pinot Blanc is wild and rare in that it’s a genetic mutation, a fluke, of Pinot Noir. On the vine, where fruit should be red, it grows white. A total délice or “delight” and favorite of Alsatian-style wine.
