This lovely red sees 50 year old parcels of Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau fermented spontaneously, spending 12 months in used oak and bottled without any fining or filtering. Light-bodied with intense fresh raspberry and heirloom tomato flavours as well as savoury olive notes. No sulfur added.
