Sidra del Sur Ancestral hard cider - my favorite cider in all the world
Oh wow, I haven't been able to get this for some time. So excited to have it back for a while. It's clean, dry and just wonderful.
Roughly ten varieties of very rare and ancient cider apples, endemic to Andalucia, are grown to make this cider…two of which were literally down to just one tree each left on earth.
The fruit is picked from late September and every apple is washed three times in source water before being split and pipped by hand.
