"Founded by Patrick Cappiello and Pax Mahle, Monte Rio Cellars highlights a variety of lesser-known grapes, winemaking styles, and growing sites across California’s North Coast. Fruit for this organic and thirst-quenching white is organically and dry farmed and comes from Mendocino’s Hawkeye vineyard. Fermentation was done naturally in stainless steel for the sake of freshness, followed by six months of aging in neutral oak and tank. Crisp, clean, and perfect for serving with seafood favorites."
