Modus Bibendi Grillo- Sicily, golden yellow, citrus, green tea and sage

"Grillo is one of the most interesting Sicilian indigenous wines. It is a grape that is difficult to grow and manage. When we decided in 2015 to focus on the Grillo we decided to make wine for what it really is: Grillo, and not as high grade or as a Sauvignon. Golden-yellow in color, this wine expresses aromas of citrus, green tea, sage, thyme and mint, with balsamic notes. The palate is very fresh due to good acidity and sapidity. A pleasant balsamic aftertaste confirms the intrinsic features of the grape variety Grillo."-the winemaker
