Named after the beautiful Mt Fuji of Japan this is straight Chenin Blanc from the sands of Lulu's block in Blewitt Springs. A naturally effervescent chenin, with nice crisp acidity, taste of apples and pears and a touch of minerality.  Light bodied with cleansing acids , grown in McLaren Vale, Australia
