50-50 Frappato and Perricone. Black cherry, sarsaparilla, and plum on the nose. Cloves, salty olive, and smoke on the palate, but it's surprisingly soft and easygoing in spite of its spicy Mount Etna character. Stick it in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving. No sulfites added, vegan.
