Domaine Majas Blanc, great texture with essence of black pepper

Blend of Macabeu, Rolle, Carignan Blanc
Beautiful bright yellow color; Floral and fruity nose with white peach, lemon. 
This off-the-beaten path wine is fresh, very aromatic, beautiful minerality, great length.  In its youth (now) shows a bit more fruit which will settle over time into a more mineral-esque vibe.
Fermented and aged in concrete on its lees.
