Daniele Portinari’s farm is located in the hills of Alonte, in the south eastern Berici hills , in the province of Vicenza. Daniele's wines represent the kind of natural wine that showcases terroir in the truest way. His vinifications are not fancy, he's not a radical. Rather his wines displace poise, elegance and refinement that stem from a steady hand and a personality that strives to make his wines ever better with accumulated experience and knowledge.
A blend of tai bianco (friulano) and pinot bianco. Soft, whole cluster direct press of the grapes. Natural fermentation, aged in stainless steel. Some subtle aromatics, clean, crisp on the palate and really complex.
