"This is a blend of Macabeo and Tardana, both lightly macerated and then blended with the lees of the red variety Bobal. The fermenting wine was run to bottle to finish primary fermentation, rested on lees and then disgorged earlier this year. This is exceptionally well made. The fruit here has a restraint and almost savoury edge thanks to the varieties used and is really quite brilliant at table."-Wine Therapy
