Cirasa NeroD'Avola - Silky and smooth in the mouth with berry flavors


Ruby red with aromas of red berries, currants. Silky and smooth in the mouth with continued berry flavors. Fine, balanced tannins with a long finish. Made with the native yeasts from the Estate in small stainless steel tanks. All work done by gravity without pipes or pumps. No chaptalization and acidification at all. The idea is to stay natural as much as possible. The wine is allowed to settle naturally by gravity and is only minimally fined or filtered.
