Chardon Touraine Les Arpents Cab Franc -delicious, silky wine

Domaine de l'Aumonier is run by Thierry and Sopie Chardons and is situated in the village of Couffy, in the south of Touraine, on the slope of the Cher in the heart of the Loire Valley. Cabernet Franc makes a structured and aromatic red wine. The fineness of wood during maturing gives it a nice complexity with aromas of cassis, raspberries and a delicious, silky finish.
